Father in Heaven, Holy is Your Name, You Kingdom come and Your will be done in my
life today even as it is in heaven.
I ask for Your love to be poured into my heart that I may let brotherly love continue and
not to forget to entertain strangers, remember the prisoners as if chained with them and
all those that are mistreated, remembering that I may someday be in their shoes and in
need of the same.
Help me to honor my marriage and not to defile my marriage bed in body soul or spirit.
Keep me from any form of sin that would bring your judgment in this area of my mind,
will and emotions.
Lord, help me to conduct myself without covetousness and to be content with the things
I have. You promised You would never leave me nor forsake me so I can boldly say that
You, Lord, are my helper and I will not fear for what can man do to me?!
Today, I will remember those who rule over me and have spoken Your word to me and
have been an example of faith for me. I will consider the outcome of their faith and
rejoice that You Lord are the same yesterday, today and forever!
Lord, there are so many deceptive teachings, please help me not to be carried away
with these various and strange doctrines but instead I pray that my heart would be
established by Your grace.
Today, I will go outside the camp with Christ, bearing His reproach seeking the
continuing city, the holy Jerusalem. Today I will continually offer up to You a sacrifice of
praise, the fruit of my lips and not forget to do good and to share because I know this
pleases You.
Help me to obey and be submissive to those that rule over me and look out for my soul,
knowing that they will give an account to You for this. Help me to do it in a manner that
will bring them joy and not grief.
I pray for my brothers and sisters and all believers throughout the world that we may
have a good conscience in all things and desire to live honorably.
I worship You, the God of Peace who raised Jesus from the dead and He is the great
Shepherd of Your sheep who’s we are through the blood of the everlasting covenant.
Father, make me complete in every good work to do Your will. Work in me Father, what
is pleasing in Your sight through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior to whom be glory
forever and ever – Amen!
